Exercise is health
and we will take care of you.
At Bmum we take a multidisciplinary approach to women’s care. An essential part of this is regular exercise and sport, and support in changing habits to achieve a healthy lifestyle.
The Physical Activity consultation at Bmum
Physical activity adapted to each woman at the different stages of her life has shown clear benefits in terms of overall health and improved quality of life. At Bmum we will find the plan that is right for you, because every woman needs a tailor-made fit. All our trainers are also physiotherapists specialising in the pelvic floor, to guarantee your safety in every training session.
We will help you feel better, with a personalised training plan adapted to you, supervised by our specialists and in a safe environment. Should anything arise, our gynaecologists or midwives can check on your wellbeing and your baby’s.

At every stage
Moderate exercise during pregnancy brings multiple benefits for the health of both mother and baby. It improves joint and muscle health, promotes better rest and helps prevent common discomforts such as lower back pain, pelvic pain and urinary incontinence, thanks to the strengthening of the pelvic floor and deep abdominal muscles.
In the absence of medical contraindications, supervised physical activity has proven effective in preventing pregnancy-related complications such as gestational hypertension and gestational diabetes, and can contribute to a more favourable course of labour.
At Bmum we support you with personalised training plans adapted to each stage of pregnancy, always supervised by specialists and coordinated with the medical team, to guarantee your wellbeing and your baby’s in a safe environment.
The postpartum period is a stage of major changes in a woman’s life. Body image changes, hormonal cycles shift, the bond with the baby is formed, and breastfeeding demands adaptation in many ways. At Bmum we want to support you and stay close to help you adjust to this new stage.
The postpartum recovery programme Volverte a Ver: is a multidisciplinary programme involving the areas of nutrition, physical activity, physiotherapy and aesthetics, designed for a complete recovery after your baby’s birth — so you can feel like yourself again and regain your body image and fitness.
