We care for every stage of their health
Every woman follows a unique path, and at Bmum we adapt to each stage with a multidisciplinary medical approach. Every child follows a unique development.
At Bmum we believe gynaecology should be experienced through connection: with real listening, with time to understand what you need, and with care that combines clinical knowledge and human sensitivity. More than a consultation, here you will find a space of trust, where your story, your emotions and your decisions are an essential part of your care. We are driven by medicine that prioritises your wellbeing and that of your baby, with a highly specialised team that supports you with professionalism, warmth and true dedication. At Bmum we support your child’s growth with a comprehensive paediatric vision, adapting to each developmental phase with medical rigour, sensitivity and coordinated teamwork.
Listening and expressing to grow with confidence
Bmum’s Children’s Speech Therapy area is dedicated to the evaluation, diagnosis and treatment of difficulties with language, speech, communication and swallowing in babies, children and adolescents. We analyse, on an individual basis, the development of expressive and receptive language, phonological disorders, articulation alterations and social communication.
We carry out a complete speech therapy assessment that allows early detection of potential language delays, specific language disorders, dyslalias, stuttering and orofacial motor alterations. Our goal is to foster effective communication, improve the child’s self-esteem and boost their academic and social development.
When necessary, Children’s Speech Therapy coordinates with Neuropsychology, Occupational Therapy and Paediatrics to guarantee a global, coherent intervention centred on the child’s wellbeing and overall development.

Bmum’s Children’s Occupational Therapy and Early Stimulation area supports motor, sensory and functional development from the first months of life. We intervene in cases of sensory integration alterations, fine motor difficulties, developmental delays or problems with independence in daily living activities.
In our early stimulation programmes we work with babies and young children who show warning signs or risk factors in their neurological, motor or sensory development. Our goal is to strengthen their abilities, reinforce their independence and foster harmonious development adapted to each stage.
Occupational Therapy is integrated into Bmum’s Neurodevelopment team, coordinating with Speech Therapy, Neuropsychology and Paediatrics to offer a global, coherent intervention.

Why is it important?
Neurodevelopment is key in the first stages of life, when the brain is in the midst of maturing. At Bmum we assess and support children’s neurological development from an early age, detecting potential difficulties and designing personalised intervention plans that foster their progress and wellbeing.
Yes. Interdisciplinary work is one of the foundations of Neurodevelopment. When the case requires it, different professionals coordinate to offer a more complete view and coherent support.
It is advisable to come when there are doubts about a child’s development, delays in reaching milestones, difficulties with language, behaviour, attention or learning, or when the family senses that something “doesn’t quite fit” and needs a specialised assessment.
Paediatric Osteopathy is integrated as a complementary, manual approach, indicated in certain cases. Its role is to work respectfully on functional tensions and restrictions, always in coordination with the medical assessment and the rest of the team.
Paediatric Neurology provides the specialised medical assessment of the nervous system and neurological development. It helps guide diagnoses, rule out neurological conditions and establish clinical follow-up plans when necessary.
No. They are independent areas. Paediatric Neurology covers the medical neurological assessment; the Neurodevelopment Area steps in when a specific therapeutic approach is required.
It can be applied from the first months of life through to later stages of childhood, always adapting the approach.
Yes. The techniques are gentle, non-invasive and adapted to the child’s age and condition.
