during pregnancy, birth and the postpartum period
from a holistic perspective, attending to your biological and emotional needs and your lifestyle.
They are the healthcare professionals who accompany women continuously through the different stages of their lives.
The midwives’ main goal is for women to feel cared for and supported through pregnancy, birth and the postpartum period from a holistic perspective — that is, attending to their biological, emotional and lifestyle needs.
They guarantee the highest quality of care through continuous training, evidence-based clinical practice and close collaboration with the rest of the multidisciplinary team.
The consultation at Bmum: your safe space
From adolescence to the menopause — and very especially during pregnancy and the postpartum period — we approach your health from a holistic perspective and work in an interdisciplinary way with other specialties that enrich your physical and emotional wellbeing.
You can attend your regular check-ups, find the contraceptive method that best suits you, treat hormonal imbalances or prevent potential complications. And if you ever need it, you will have access to the most innovative surgical techniques, focused on a fast and respectful recovery.
We also offer high-precision diagnostic tests — blood tests, biopsies, genetic studies and molecular tests — backed by Europe’s largest sample-processing laboratory. All so that you have clear answers and can make informed decisions, in an environment where knowledge and care go hand in hand.
