Volverte A Ver

Our postpartum recovery programme

Our programme is designed to help you reconnect with yourself, regain your energy and feel fulfilled in this new stage of your life.

Postpartum recovery programme

The “Volverte a Ver” programme was created to support your recovery comprehensively. It brings together 4 key areas of the clinic — nutrition, physiotherapy, physical activity and aesthetics — working together to offer you a personalised plan adapted to your needs.

Each area is led by first-rate specialists who collaborate to carry out a complete assessment and recommend the best treatments so that you feel well, inside and out.

Because every woman is unique, so are her goals. At Volverte a Ver we analyse your case individually, coordinate our team and design with you the path to achieving the results you are looking for.

We want mums to be able to see and feel like themselves again.

A multidisciplinary programme for your  recovery after birth

Our recovery programme is designed to support you comprehensively through one of the most special and challenging stages of your life. We work with a multidisciplinary approach that brings together nutrition, physiotherapy, physical activity and aesthetics, adapting every appointment to your needs and personal circumstances.

We know that after childbirth, issues such as abdominal diastasis, incontinence, excess weight or muscle pain can appear. That is why our goal is to help you regain your physical wellbeing, approaching each case from a holistic perspective.

Because we understand that every woman is different, we design a personalised plan that takes into account both your physical condition and the changes that come with this stage.

And most importantly: all babies are welcome. You can come to your sessions with your child, so that your recovery becomes part of your daily life without complications.

Welcome box.

4 areas of work

Each unit carries out an initial assessment of the patient and, depending on the results, goals are set together with the other areas involved.
